User Data: Identifiers - Personal data that we need to assess for your potential account with Bio Green to fulfill your lawn needs through our company. This may include your:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Street Address (see further details below)
  • Country

Street Address Data: Identifiers - We may ask for and process your street address for the following reasons:

  • To check eligibility of our services.
  • To provide service information.
  • To deliver physical goods or services you have requested.

Service Terms

Bio Green does not have an on-going contract with our customers.  You may cancel by notifying our office via email or text if you no longer want service.   Please make sure you receive the cancellation email notification for your records.

Our services are re-occur yearly.  At the end of each year, all of the services you have in the current year will roll over to the following year.  As an example, we will be out in 2026 assuming you want the same programs/services as 2025 unless you notify us with changes or cancel your services.

If you are a customer who is getting the mosquito program or the rodent program, please know there is no contract or no deposit.   However, if you lose, damage, or the container disappears before they are picked up by Bio Green Ohio, your account would be invoiced $30 per container.

We normally offer a pre-pay discount yearly and it is offered via email.  We do our best to insure everyone receives this message.  If you don't have notification of a pre-pay offer, please contact our office prior to February 1st to request the current offer.  We cannot extend this offer after the season begins.

For those customers that request it, we do a pre-notification via email or text if you request it the day before services are completed.  If you wish not to receive this notice, please contact our office or opt out by return email or text.    Normal messaging rates apply based on your phone carrier for texts.
